Greetings, friends! Winter flew by faster than a snowball down a hill, didn’t it? We’ve been up to some adventures and thought we’d fill you in on what we’ve been up to. Plus, we’ll share some stats about the local real estate market.
First up, our adventure at the Rocmaura Curling FUN Spiel on February 10th, 2024 was an absolute riot! Not only did we have a blast sliding stones across the ice, but we also managed to raise a whopping $12,500 for the Palliative Care Unit at Rocmaura Nursing Home in Saint John.
Terri took a little detour to Ottawa to shake things up in the world of real estate. Terri was a Director of the Saint John Real Estate Board and attended meetings to review the current state of Canada’s real estate obstacles and challenges, specifically the needs of communities and affordable housing. While there, Terri and President Kevin Donovan met with MP Wayne Long.
On February 24, 2024 Kim joined a group from Keller Williams to participate in the Coldest Night of the Year. This is a national event that supports homelessness in communities. The team was the 4th highest fundraiser in the local 42 teams. We raised $4,550 for Outflow Ministries.
