From navigating the dynamic real estate landscape to participating in heartwarming community events, 2023 has been a journey that we are excited to share with you. Here is a sneak peak of some of the things we have been up to:
Curling Funspiel in Support of Rocmaura Foundation
One of the highlights of our year was the Curling Funspiel held in support of the Rocmaura Foundation’s Palliative Care Suite at Rocmaura Nursing Home. It was a day of friendly competition on the curling rink, all while raising funds for a cause close to our hearts.
Annual Keller Williams Sales Conference (Family Reunion)
In February, Team Roberts had the privilege of attending the annual Keller Williams Sales Conference in Anaheim, California. With over 20,000 Realtors from around the world, it was an inspiring gathering where we learned, connected, and envisioned the future of real estate.
Keller Williams Capital Realty Sales Awards
Recognition is always gratifying, and this year, Team Roberts proudly received the Platinum Group award at the Province Wide Keller Awards Banquet held at the Delta in Saint John. Winning the Platinum Group award for two consecutive years is a testament to our team’s dedication and excellence.
Red Day
Since May of 2009 our entire company – from the U.S. and Canada to our family abroad – sets aside the second Thursday of the month to Renew, Energize, and Donate within the communities we serve. This year, we supported OutFlow in Saint John, New Brunswick. We split up into teams and set up outside 3 local grocery stores. The response was phenomenal. We delivered 1,000’s of pounds of food, cleaning supplies and gift cards to this worthwhile organization that assists so many in the Uptown core of Saint John.
Ice Cream Bike
Most would agree that this past summer wasn’t a great summer for Ice Cream. The Team did manage to get out a few times – in one case the ice cream sure wouldn’t have melted!!! We hope to see you out and about again next summer!
Realtors Care
Team Roberts joined realtors from Saint John, Fredericton, and Moncton in a friendly competition to raise funds for a local non-profit. The event raised an impressive $8,560 for ProKids Charity, showcasing the power of collaboration and community support.
Team Breakfast Meeting
Staying connected as a team is crucial, and our weekly Zoom meetings help us set goals and plan effectively. However, nothing beats the camaraderie of an in-person team breakfast meeting at our Operations Manager Pam’s beautiful home.
Hockey Heroes
In June, the Roberts Realty Renegades hit the ice for the 2023 NAPA Hockey Heroes Weekend, raising an incredible $48,000 for the Heart & Stroke Foundation. Our team’s dedication and fundraising prowess made us the third-highest contributor to the total funds raised.
Sip & Savour
Teammate Kim’s role as a Director on the Rocmaura Foundation led to Team Roberts sponsoring a 360-Degree Photo booth at the inaugural fundraising event, Sip & Savour. The Foundation raised approximately $20,000, contributing to the continued success of their impactful initiatives.
Purse Project
Team Roberts proudly supported the Canadian Progress Club Ignite’s Purse Project, donating 25 purses to benefit various partners in the city. It’s a small contribution that aligns with our commitment to making a positive impact in our community. Keller Williams contributed to the 1,050 total!!
KV Santa Parade
Closing the year on a festive note, the Keller Williams Saint John office crafted a spectacular float for the annual Christmas Parade, winning the People’s Choice Award for the second consecutive year. A big thank you to everyone who voted for us!
